🧭 Experience: 4–7 Years

💼 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on recruiter who can own niche tech hiring mandates and support strategic workforce planning across business-critical functions.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in technical hiring and vendor management

✅ Strong background in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and process improvement

✅ Exposure to BFSI or Tech hiring is highly preferred

✅ Skilled in ATS, sourcing tools, and HR analytics

✅ Bonus: Experience in global hiring is a plus!
