Job Description

Recruiter/Senior IT Recruiter – Semiconductor & Deep Tech Focus

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for hybrid IT roles blending software, hardware, and systems expertise.
Source and evaluate candidates for specialized domains including: Computer Vision, Firmware, Embedded Systems, SoC, CPU/GPU, ASIC, FPGA, RTL Design, AR/VR, AI/ML, Deep Learning, Hardware Architecture
Utilize diverse sourcing strategies: job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and niche tech communities.
Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
Build and maintain high-quality pipelines, ensuring timely and successful closures.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT and semiconductor verticals.
Strong grasp of emerging technologies and deep tech hiring practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with US hiring standards, visa types, and technical assessment techniques is a plus.
