Recruiter/Senior IT Recruiter – Semiconductor & Deep Tech Focus

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hybrid IT roles blending software, hardware, and systems expertise.
  • Source and evaluate candidates for specialized domains including: Computer Vision, Firmware, Embedded Systems, SoC, CPU/GPU, ASIC, FPGA, RTL Design, AR/VR, AI/ML, Deep Learning, Hardware Architecture
  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies: job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and niche tech communities.
  • Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines, ensuring timely and successful closures.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT and semiconductor verticals.
  • Strong grasp of emerging technologies and deep tech hiring practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with US hiring standards, visa types, and technical assessment techniques is a plus.
