About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across IT and Semiconductor domains. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities.



Responsibilities



  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions in IT and Semiconductor sectors
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needs
  • Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer acceptance process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and professional networking events
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



Experience: 4-9 Years



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree: B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent
  • Master's degree: M.Tech, MCA, or MBA in HR (preferred)




Required Skills



  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology and job requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting hiring targets



Preferred Skills



  • Experience recruiting for semiconductor roles (ASIC Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, etc.)
  • Knowledge of campus recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
