Technical Recruiter

This is a core technical recruitment role—ideal for someone who speaks the language of engineers and knows what companies in this space are looking for.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles—engineers, process technicians, R&D specialists, etc.
• Manage interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination
• Use AI recruitment tools and technical job boards to source and screen candidates
• Build a talent pipeline tailored to semiconductor and electronics industry needs
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to match the right talent to the right roles
• Track and optimize key hiring metrics such as turnaround time, submission-to-hire ratio, and quality of candidates
• Stay updated with trends in technical hiring and the semiconductor industry

What We Require

• A bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electricals, Semiconductor Engineering or related technical field
• 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience in technical hiring for semiconductor, electronics, or engineering roles
• Familiarity with job profiles like semiconductor engineers, analog/digital designers, cleanroom technicians, and test engineers
• Proficiency in using AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms like Zoho, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Strong communication, coordination, and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and screen candidates accordingly
