Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for technical roles—engineers, process technicians, R&D specialists, etc.
• Use

  AI recruitment tools and technical job boards

  to source and screen candidates
• Build a talent pipeline tailored to

  semiconductor and electronics industry needs

• Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to

  match the right talent to the right roles

• Track and optimize key hiring metrics such as turnaround time, submission-to-hire ratio, and quality of candidates
• Stay updated on evolving

  technical skill demands and industry trends

What We Require

• A

  bachelor’s degree

  in

  Electronics, Engineering, HR, or a related technical field

• 4 to 7 years of recruitment experience

  , including

  2+ years in technical hiring

  for

  semiconductor, electronics, or engineering roles

• Familiarity with job profiles like

  semiconductor engineers, analog/digital designers, cleanroom technicians, and test engineers

• Proficiency in using

  AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms

  like Zoho Recruit, Rchilli, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong

  communication, coordination, and candidate engagement

  skills
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and screen candidates accordingly
