Technical Sales Head - Semiconductor Staffing

We’re looking for a technically qualified and business-driven leader who deeply understands the semiconductor industry and can build real business relationships, acquire high-value clients, and drive growth in a niche, high-impact space. Someone who can identify business opportunities, sense the talent gaps in companies, and offer them tailor-made workforce solutions that bring real value.

Skills & Qualification

We are seeking a B.Tech graduate (Semiconductor / Electronics / Electrical) with:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem in India and globally
• A proven track record of acquiring and closing clients in the semiconductor/electronics space
• Strong customer relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Ability to identify talent gaps, pitch recruitment solutions, and close high-value business deals
• A hands-on leader who can guide, support, and direct the team toward shared goals
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively, meet clients face-to-face, and convert opportunities

• ⁠You’re confident presenting to CXOs and HR leaders, and can translate conversations into long-term business
