We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our federal consulting practice. This role focuses on recruiting for proposal key personnel, incumbent personnel, contract backfills, and regular hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in US federal consulting or government contracting
  • Proven experience recruiting for proposal key personnel positions
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and proposal lifecycles
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent recruitment efforts
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal contract vehicles and labor categories
  • Network of qualified candidates with active security clearances
  • Understanding of federal salary structures and compensation guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit key personnel for competitive proposals within tight timeframes
  • Identify and recruit incumbent personnel from contracts up for recompete
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract backfills and regular hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various skill sets
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Obtain signed commitment letters and required documentation for proposals
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages
  • Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and passive talent
  • Partner with business development and hiring managers on staffing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and status reports
