Additionally, building and nurturing candidate relationships for long-term engagement, ensuring timely delivery aligned with client expectations, and collaborating with the Account Management team are key aspects of this role. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 4 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with mandatory expertise in JobDiva ATS. An excellent grasp of W2 hiring, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, is crucial.
