Role Overview

We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end tech hiring and partner closely with stakeholders to bring in top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle hiring for roles like Software Developers, DevOps, Data Engineers, QA Automation, etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring plans.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist strong technical talent across multiple channels.
  • Improve current hiring processes and help build innovative talent-scouting strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of tech recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
