Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions including Developers, Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, and other specialized roles.
• Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate fit, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
• Understand job requirements thoroughly and deliver profiles within defined SLAs and timelines.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline progress, closure status).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and maximize offer acceptance and joining ratio.
• Collaborate with delivery managers and technical teams to forecast hiring needs and prioritize requirements.
• Track and report hiring KPIs regularly to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and company recruitment guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT/NON-IT) in IT services or product organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminologies (Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Full Stack, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and advanced Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM platforms (preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably within IT services or product engineering companies).
• MBA in HR or equivalent degree.
