Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment

  : Manage the entire recruitment process for SAP professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions.

• Sourcing strategies

  : Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified candidates for various SAP roles (e.g., ABAP, FICO, MM).

• Candidate and hiring manager engagement

  : Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and ensure a strong candidate pipeline.

• Offer management

  : Negotiate salary, manage offer details, and guide candidates through the closing process.

• Process and data management

  : Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates to hiring managers.

• Market expertise

  : Stay updated on IT hiring trends, SAP technologies, and talent market insights.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience

  : 6-9 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment, either in-house or at an agency.

• Technical knowledge

  : A solid understanding of IT job roles and technical skill sets is crucial. Experience with sourcing tools is also necessary.

• Soft skills

  : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Organizational skills

  : The ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is important.

• Education

  : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like HR, IT, or Business Administration is often required
