Communications Specialist

Tasks:

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting and implementing various formats of internal corporate communication, e.g. town halls, podcasts, intranet, employee magazine
• Developing comprehensive communication concepts and implementing them independently
• Acting as a contact person and storyteller for different departments; working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company’s values and goals
• Writing and editing communication materials such as intranet articles, emails, presentations, or newsletters
• Managing your own projects on a daily basis
• Analyzing communication KPIs and adjusting plans accordingly

Qualifications:

To be well-prepared for your journey, you should bring along the following qualifications:

• A degree in communications, media studies, marketing, journalism, or equivalent knowledge, plus 1–2 years of professional experience in one of the above or related fields
• Passion for communication and the ability to translate complex topics into simple, clearly structured messages
• Expertise in corporate communications and initial experience in developing and implementing communication concepts; excellent skills in MS Office programs (PPT, Word, Excel), knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
• Awareness of industry trends and best practices in (internal) communication
• An organized and structured working style combined with creativity
