Communications Specialist

As a Communications Specialist at Ecolab, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Business Solutions (GBS+) team by driving local internal communication initiatives that align with the company's values and culture. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local business and HR stakeholders to understand communication needs, planning and executing employee engagement campaigns and events, organizing townhalls and leadership talks, and ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all internal platforms. You will also contribute to global campaigns, content development, and communication rollouts to support the global GBS+ communications team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive local internal communication initiatives aligned with company values and culture - Collaborate with local stakeholders to meet communication needs - Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns, events, and communication programs - Organize townhalls, leadership talks, and other key employee communication touchpoints - Support global GBS+ communications team with content development and communication rollouts - Ensure consistent messaging and branding across internal platforms - Collect feedback from employees to enhance communication efforts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field - 5+ years of professional experience - Global mindset with experience in global team settings - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Proficient in developing communication strategies with clear goals - Versatile writer capable of tailoring content for various audiences and channels - Fluent in internal communications, including script writing and change management communications - Strong business acumen and interest in complex topics - Critical listening skills and ability to translate ideas into action - Experience in organizing events and employee engagement activities is a plus - Fluent in English Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, offers you the opportunity to tackle meaningful challenges and contribute to a company passionate about growth.
