Mechanical Material Evaluator / Field Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Work Location- Benghazi libya but we are looking for indian candidate who is okay for relocation. Mechanical Estimator Responsibilities & Duties Analyze project plans and specifications to create detailed cost estimates. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to determine the scope of work. Review and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates. Evaluate and select suitable materials and equipment for projects. Prepare and submit bid proposals for mechanical projects. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Track and manage project budgets and expenditures. Communicate with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing information. Assist in contract negotiations and finalizing project scope. Monitor and report on project progress and any deviations from the plan. Provide support during project implementation to ensure estimated costs are adhered to. Mechanical Estimator Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the construction industry. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Strong negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical estimating. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimation software. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Location – Benghazi Libya Show more Show less
