Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter Location: Zirakpur, India – On-site Experience Level: 2–3 years Employment Type: Full-Time Shift hours: Day Shift Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring alignment with our business goals. You will be key in managing end-to-end recruitment and building strong pipelines in a fast-paced environment. Job Descriptions: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments or clients. Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand business needs, workforce planning, and candidate profile requirements. Write and post clear and attractive job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms. Conduct active and passive sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioural competencies. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through database management, cold calling, networking, and employee referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders. Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring cycle. Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement to minimize offer dropouts. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies, DE&I practices, and employment laws. Organise and participate in career fairs, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment activities. Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for seamless candidate onboarding. Analyse and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the organisation through social media and networking events. Recommend process improvements to streamline hiring operations and improve candidate experience. Stay current with industry trends, talent market movements, and salary benchmarks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing industry. Familiarity with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS platforms is a plus.
