Technical Recruiter

run 5 tech roles in parallel

Youll be a great fit if you:

Regularly
scout 50 solid profiles per role/day
Can
own 5 roles at the same time
Live inside
LinkedIn / Naukri / talent databases
and genuinely enjoy sourcing
Are comfortable doing
50connects/calls a day
Keep
trackers, coordination, and follow-ups
extremely structured and on-time
Have
2 to 6 years
of experience in tech hiring / sourcing (product/startup experience is a plus)

What youll handle:

Sourcing for roles like
Backend, Full-stack, Data, QA, game developer
First-level screening for
skills, stack, compensation, notice period, basic communication
Scheduling interviews, pushing for feedback, and keeping loops tight
Sharing
daily/weekly reports
on profiles sourced, interviews lined up, and pipeline health
