Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable talent.
  • Manage offer generation, contracts/employment letter preparation, salary discussions, and negotiations with candidates.
  • Oversee background verification (BGV) and document verification processes.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong expertise in offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement.
  • Experience in background verification and document verification processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
