Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable talent.
Manage offer generation, contracts/employment letter preparation, salary discussions, and negotiations with candidates.
Oversee background verification (BGV) and document verification processes.
Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
35 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong expertise in offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement.
Experience in background verification and document verification processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
