Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-senior level US IT Recruiter with solid experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, working with Green Card holders, US Citizens, and multiple visa categories. The recruiter should have a strong background in IT technical hiring and be well-versed in US tax terms (W2, C2C) and recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT technical positions in the US.
• Specialize in C2H hiring primarily sourcing Green Card holders, US Citizens, H1B, OPT, EAD, and other visa holders.
• Work extensively on W2 and C2C models, ensuring compliance with US hiring practices.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
• Experience negotiating a competitive compensation package that represents the consultant and company interests
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of US IT recruitment and experience in bulk hiring.
• Strong hands-on experience with C2H hiring and Green Card holder placements.
• Excellent knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C) and visa classifications.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, Dice, Referrals and experience using Ceipal.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
