Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced US IT Recruiter Lead with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment of IT technical positions across the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an individual contributor and experience in leading/managing a small team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates. Work on both target-based and requisition-based hiring and fulfilment of the positions.
• Experience negotiating a competitive compensation package that represents the consultant and company interests
• Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters while also working as an individual contributor.
• Expertise in hiring for W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099 models, with a solid understanding of US tax terms.
• Work extensively with candidates having different visa statuses (US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B, OPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with Account managers and vendor partners to understand staffing needs and deliver quality talent.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Drive performance metrics – submittals, interviews, offers, closures – and ensure team targets are met.
• Stay updated on US immigration policies, compliance, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of US IT recruitment experience with exposure to leadership.
• Hands-on experience in C2H, W2, C2C hiring models.
• Strong knowledge of US visas and work authorizations.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed and other portals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring and motivating a recruitment team.
