Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst for Noida location.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, breaking down high-level requirements into detailed specifications.

2. Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

3. Process Improvement

• Identify areas for process enhancement and propose solutions to improve overall efficiency and productivity.

4. Documentation and Specification

• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, and Use Case Diagrams to support project teams with clear and thorough documentation.

5. Data Analysis

• Conduct data analysis to generate insights, support client requests, and aid in strategic planning.

6. Solution Validation

• Develop and execute UAT scripts, facilitating User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders and ensuring that solutions meet specified requirements.

7. Project Scoping and Feasibility

• Assist project managers and architects in defining project scope and identifying potential challenges.

8. Change Management

• Support change management efforts, assessing the impact of requirement adjustments and ensuring smooth project progress.

9. Implementation Support

• Provide ongoing support during development and implementation, addressing questions, managing change requests, and confirming solution alignment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on client-facing roles and project support.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with an understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise software is an advantage.
