We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Role Purpose - As a Senior Project Manager in Security domain , you will deliver multiple end to end projects from Project Initiation through to benefits realisation to ensure successful project viability, start-up through to project closure. You will work closely with Senior Business Analysts, Principal Business Analysts, Programme Managers, Client stakeholders and be supported by technical SMEs. Experience in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment Ability to understand and manage multiple project risks and issues, dealing with uncertainty, whilst being proactive and forward-looking Knowledge of risk trade off options and their impact on project success Ability to understand complex organisational designs and structures and understands how to relate these to the project being managed. Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, resolving issues and understanding drivers/needs Ability to respond to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace.
