UI/UX Designer

Position Name UI/UX Designer Experience 2+ Years Location – Noida Role Focus: Design and enhance user experiences and interfaces in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients. Experience: 2+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of user-friendly designs. User Research: Gather requirements from clients, conduct user research, and analyze competitor interfaces. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma. UI/UX Design: Design visually engaging, cohesive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and make iterative improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to ensure design and technical alignment. Design System Maintenance: Develop and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency across products. Stay Updated: Keep informed of design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas as relevant. Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are accessible and responsive, following WCAG guidelines. Required Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, user-centric design principles, and collaboration. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
