Job Purpose: The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the human resources function and developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business plan. This includes overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, compliance, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: 1.
