Your responsibilities will include system configuration, data migration, conducting training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition to the live environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the setup and configuration of SIONIQ ERP to align with client requirements. Perform data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct training sessions for client teams, both online and offline, to facilitate system adoption. Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including configuration settings and training materials. Monitor system performance post-implementation, addressing any issues promptly. Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling additional ERP modules. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation or system integration. Familiarity with ERP systems and business process mapping. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively. Knowledge of the jewelry industry is advantageous. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
