Job Description

Hi, we are hiring for the below role.

WD : 5.5 Days ( All Saturday - Half Day )

Shift timings : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities :

Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and assessments to improve future recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
Strong understanding of IT sourcing techniques including headhunting, lateral hiring, and technology hiring.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
