Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for B2B clients in the IT services industry.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue through cross-selling efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to stay up-to-date on new offerings and trends, ensuring effective communication with clients.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer lifetime value.

Job Requirements :

  • 7-14 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software applications (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to leverage them effectively for lead generation and management.
