We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who thrives in identifying and engaging enterprise prospects for ERP, Digital Transformation, and AI-driven consulting services. Youll play a pivotal role in fuelling our sales pipeline by generating qualified leads for both Intellogers consulting services and partner solution offerings. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across ERP, digital transformation, and financial automation domains. Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, webinars, industry databases, and cold calling. Build a strong prospect pipeline for Intelloger’s services (ERP consulting, cloud modernization, analytics, AI/ML solutions) and partner platforms (Cubic Systems, Quantum Phinance, AI.S, Acterys). Use Zoho CRM to manage lead data, track communications, and report key metrics. Work closely with the Sales and Strategy teams to align campaigns and nurture qualified opportunities. Develop outreach messaging tailored to specific industries and buyer personas (CIO, CFO, COO, Digital Transformation Heads). Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to continuously improve results. Support marketing initiatives including webinar lead capture, event follow-ups, and campaign content creation. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or digital consulting domains. Proven track record of generating qualified leads through LinkedIn and outbound campaigns. Proficiency with Zoho CRM and prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc. Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and optimize outreach strategies. Self-driven, target-oriented, and collaborative team player. Preferred Skills Prior experience generating leads for ERP implementation, financial transformation, or AI/analytics consulting projects. Understanding of partner ecosystems like Cubic Systems (Digital Banking/ERP), Quantum Phinance (Treasury & ALM), AI.S (AI/ML & Predictive Analytics), and Acterys (Planning & Analytics). Familiarity with marketing automation and email campaign tools. Understanding of enterprise decision-making cycles and BANT/CHAMP qualification methods.
