Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager at Revvlocity, you will play a crucial role in strategizing to create a rich pipeline of prospects and maintain their interest until the sales team closes the deal. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Inside sales department, setting and tracking sales targets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to build a high-performance sales team that meets specific goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the inside sales representatives team effectively. - Set and track sales targets, generate qualified leads, and pass them to the Business development team. - Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process. - Coordinate department projects, report on sales metrics, and prepare sales forecasts. - Use customer feedback to generate ideas for product enhancements and increase customer engagement. - Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures. - Build an open-communication environment within the team and liaise with the Marketing department for brand consistency. - Work on scripts with the team, identify target contacts within potential customers, and coach inside sales executives. - Keep the sales pipeline full with qualified leads, maintain accurate information in the CRM system, and provide data quality checks to improve efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant inside sales experience managing teams. - Excellent people management skills with a drive for sales results. - Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and CRMs. - Industry experience in a similar role is essential. - Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude. - Outstanding interpersonal and team management skills. - Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager.,
