Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential learners through outbound calls
  • Understand customer needs & provide personalized course recommendations
  • Convert leads using consultative, need-based selling
  • Achieve monthly revenue & conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Share market insights with marketing & product teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
  • 1–5 years of B2C inside sales experience (EdTech preferred)
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & independent
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts/weekends
