Designation : Inside Sales Manager – Engineering &Digital Manufacturing Solutions

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune | Full-time

Office time – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working days – Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and energize a team of Inside Sales Engineers to achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Personally engage with mid-size and large accounts — prospecting, nurturing, and supporting opportunity closures.
• Maintain top-notch CRM hygiene — accurate data, follow-ups, and insightful reporting.
• Review team performance, analyze pipelines, and ensure every lead moves closer to closure.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Field Sales for campaigns, lead sharing, and key account engagement.
• Conduct regular training on value-based and technical selling in the CAD/CAM & PLM ecosystem.
• Continuously refine processes, call scripts, and reporting for higher conversion efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 8-10 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation experience in engineering or manufacturing domains.
• Strong technical understanding (CAD/CAM/PLM preferred) and consultative communication style.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead teams while staying hands-on with execution.
• Energetic, process-driven, and motivated to grow in a fast-evolving B2B tech environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,630.85 - ₹52,837.61 per month
