Senior Sales Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and a hands-on sales professional who can balance strategic planning with active sales execution.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy

    to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets for dedicated offices, private suites, enterprise solutions, and membership plans.
  • Identify and secure key enterprise clients

    and strategic partnerships for large-scale, customized workspace deals.

Oversee the entire sales lifecycle

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

    to adjust sales strategies and pricing models effectively.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team

    of Sales Executives/Associates, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear, measurable sales goals

    and provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and sales meetings

    to track progress, forecast accurately, and address roadblocks.

Reporting & Operations:

  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system

    (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data, reporting, and sales forecasting.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports

    , performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing

    to generate high-quality leads and refine sales materials.
  • Work with Operations and Community teams

    to ensure a seamless client experience and successful space delivery.

🔑 Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales experience

    , with at least 5-8 years in a management or senior sales role within the

    Coworking, Commercial Real Estate (Office Leasing), or B2B/Hospitality sectors.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

    , particularly in high-value, complex B2B deals (e.g., enterprise solutions, long-term leases).
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills

    , with experience successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Deep understanding of the flexible workspace model

    and the commercial real estate landscape.
  • Strong financial acumen

    and experience developing complex proposals, performing ROI analysis, and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
