Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the co-working industry. You will be responsible for increasing online visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving community engagement for our flexible workspace offerings. The ideal candidate understands both performance marketing and brand storytelling, and can craft digital strategies that attract startups, freelancers, and enterprises alike. Salary Package- 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for our co-working spaces. Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on conversions. Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote community, events, and space updates. Collaborate with sales and community teams to design and promote offers, promotions, and open house events. Develop email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, member engagement, and promotions. Monitor competitor activity and trends in the co-working and flexible workspace industry. Requirements: 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or co-working. Hands-on experience with PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Excellent written and visual communication skills with a knack for community-centric content. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of CMS tools Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus. Google Ads or Meta certification is an advantage. Show more Show less
