performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive


Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise

    paid ad campaigns

    across Meta, Google & Linkedin.
  • Build and manage

    B2B lead generation funnels

    , especially via LinkedIn and Google
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimisation
  • Monitor and optimise

    CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and ad budgets

  • Set up and manage tracking tools such as

    Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and LinkedIn Insight Tag

  • Prepare

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    with insights and recommendations


Social Media Planning

  • Assist in creating

    social media strategies

    aligned with brand and performance goals
  • Develop

    monthly content calendars

    for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Contribute to

    content ideation

    for reels, carousels, static posts, and B2B LinkedIn content


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in

    Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads

    (LinkedIn experience is mandatory)
  • Clear understanding of

    B2B marketing and lead generation

  • Working knowledge of

    social media platforms, content calendars, and ideation

  • Ability to balance

    brand-building and performance-driven marketing

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities


Good To Have

  • Experience working with

    B2B brands or marketing agencies

  • Knowledge of

    Google Ads

    and landing page optimisation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing ad creatives and social content
  • Understanding of LinkedIn personal branding and thought leadership
