Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media and Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising efforts across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), with a strong understanding of how to generate ROI through digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads:

Plan, build, and optimize paid search, display, video, and shopping campaigns in Google Ads.

Conduct keyword research, A/B testing of ad copy, and monitor quality scores.

Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting bids and strategies to improve ROAS.

Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.


Social Media Ads:

Create and manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Target audience segmentation, lookalike audience creation, and campaign retargeting.

Design and test creatives (in collaboration with design team) for various objectives (awareness, traffic, leads, sales).

Monitor platform algorithms and apply best practices for ad performance.


Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze performance data and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align paid strategies with overall digital goals.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking to evaluate success metrics.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience managing paid social and Google Ads campaigns.

Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.

Solid knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Proficiency with tools like SEMrush or other campaign research platforms is a plus.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong copywriting instincts.


Preferred Skills:

Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation funnels.

Familiarity with CRM tools and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Video or creative ad concepting experience is a plus.
