Social Media Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to manage and optimize our social media advertising and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing ad campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing)
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Design and test ad creatives and copy
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategy for better ROI
• Generate regular reports with insights and suggestions
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in running Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics
• Ability to write compelling ad copy
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Overseas Business Campaigns
• Google Ads or Meta certifications
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
