The candidate will design and implement comprehensive customer segmentation frameworks using models such as RFM. The individual will create targeted strategies and use cases aimed at enhancing customer loyalty, driving ARPU growth, improving retention, and executing effective win-back campaigns.


3. Formulation of POV Linked to Marketing Objectives:

4. Planning POC & Scale to National Level:

5. Project and Program Management to Support B2C Mobile Business:

Key Projects:


Data Analytics and Insights:

  • Customer segmentation analysis to identify high-value customers and tailor marketing campaigns.
  • Real-time analytics for monitoring customer behaviour and network usage patterns.


Development of Customer Segmentation Models:

  • Build and operationalize advanced customer segmentation models (e.g., RFM, behavioural clustering) to drive targeted marketing, personalization, and lifecycle strategies.


Marketing and POV Development Projects:

  • Creation of data-driven marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Analysis of campaign performance to optimize ROI and refine future marketing initiatives.
  • Competitive analysis to benchmark the company’s offerings against competitors and identify gaps or opportunities.


Proof of Concept (POC) and Scaling Projects:

  • Pilot testing of new product offerings (e.g., bundled services, loyalty programs) in select regions or customer segments.
  • Testing innovative pricing models or subscription plans to assess customer response.
  • Scaling successful POC initiatives, such as a regional marketing campaign, to a national level.


Revenue and Customer Growth Projects:

  • Development of cross-sell and upsell strategies for existing customers (e.g., promoting premium plans or add-on services).
  • Designing and executing campaigns to target untapped customer segments (e.g., Device-specific, rural areas or specific demographics).


Project and Program Management Projects:

  • Driving UI/UX transformation initiatives, such as migrating customer interactions to self-service platforms or apps.
  • Monitoring and improving the performance of existing programs, such as referral programs or customer onboarding processes.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functions including marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, DOMO).
  • Project management experience with ability to drive POCs and scale initiatives.
