Responsibilities: Complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire for MEA, AMER, APAC regions Create Workday/Employee IDs (Hires) Process Transfers (inter/intra BU) & Entity Transfers Data Changes (Manager change, Cost Center change, Change Business title, Compensation change) Create/Amend organizations through job management in Workday Experience in generating Workday reports & preparing EIB templates Work closely with HR Partners on organizational restructure, reporting line changes Process personal information changes Support employees with queries on Workday Soft skills: Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of HR Operations, Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical skills: Workday HCM, Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel), Case management tool Experience: 2-4 Years of experience in managing Employee Life Cycle activities on Workday Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
