Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a set of projects under the OSS telecom umbrella. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom project management, with a focus on Observability. Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the OSS telecom project.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Create and follow up on an end-to-end (2E2) plan to ensure project success.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecom industry, specifically with OSS projects.Strong understanding of OSS concepts and technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Preferred Skills:Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of network management, service assurance, and provisioning systems.Familiarity with telecom regulatory requirements and standards.
