Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, develop detailed plans, track progress, and deliver comprehensive status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating software, firmware, and hardware teams across departments to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Engage with business units to discuss and prioritize projects based on strategic goals, resource availability, and market needs.
• Identify potential risks early, develop contingency and mitigation plans, and proactively implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, provide clear updates, and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Leverage expert-level proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Office 365 Planner, MS Excel etc.) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to executives, showcasing project status, achievements, and roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects (for example in software, firmware, and hardware domains).
• Proven track record of handling multiple stakeholders and department teams in matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
