Accounting and Finance: Handling India and EMEA AP - Managing accounts payable processes invoice booking, purchase order creations, employee reimbursements, travel settlement, vendor payments. Assist in preparation of annual expense budgets, updating and assessing the budgets on monthly basis, variance analysis for budget to actuals, rolling forecasts. Intercompany accounting Preparing intercompany workings and reconciliations, monthly invoices and intercompany eliminations. Ensuring and assisting in local law compliances TDS returns, PF, PT, GSTR 1/2A/3B and refund filing, Internal controls (ICOFR), companies act and other regional local laws. Treasury functions – Liaising with bankers and forex vendors, assessing weekly global cash position and managing excess funds available at each location; Bank reconciliations. MIS and Reporting: Monthly updating management information statement Assist in quarter and year end closings Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly financial reporting packages Skill sets and experience: Experience of working in any ERP accounting packages Book keeping accountancy B. Com/ M. Com / MBA in finance/ Inter-CA – (drop out CA) / relevant experience of 5-7 years (Specific industry experience not required) Well versed and good command on MS office Excellent communication skills

About The Role The role does not require pure code development as the software package requires configuration using the provided tool set, but there are aspects of the implementation activities that benefit greatly for some core development capabilities and principles. The role requires a desire and the analytical mindset to understand the data that drives business process and how to manage the quality of that data. Candidates will be part of the Professional Services team and work as an Implementation Specialist Who is an Implementation Specialist? When a client purchases a new hardware or software system from us, the sales representative who sold it to them moves on to the next client. Thats where an Implementation Specialist comes in. Implementation Specialists use their technical knowledge to install, monitor and customize systems for our clients after the initial purchase has already taken place. To accomplish this, you will talk with our clients, customize features, define objectives and deliver training sessions. Essentially, you ensure that a client doesn't just buy our product, but has a positive experience with it, too. You will typically report to higher-level member of staff, such as an project Manager or Implementation Manager, while working with a small team of other Implementation Specialists. Although you will spend most of your time in an office environment, you may also need to travel in order to meet with clients. Industry Experience GoldenSource is looking to augment its Professional Services team with someone having specific industry experience within the IT arena having previously worked with on projects in Data management space for asset types like Equities, Bonds, FX, Futures, Forwards, Options, Swaps, Volatilities, Credit Curves, and Commodities with client facing exposure. Domain experience in Asset management, Custody, Hedge fund, Pension Fund, Risk would be preferred. Key Deliverables Produces detailed low-level designs from high level design specifications for components of low-level complexity. Develops, builds and unit tests components from detailed low-level designs. Carries out unit testing on own developed code, developing test harnesses if necessary. Applies all relevant standards and procedures to own work Accurately records own time and accurately reports progress on own work. Complies with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all times. Required Skill sets Good in Object Oriented Programming concepts and data structures. Core JAVA and or RDBMS UNIX/LINUX usage – scripting knowledge would be an added advantage. Desirable skills Strong understanding of J2EE concepts and experience of either JBOSS or Weblogic including clustering and tuning Queuing technologies including Kafka, MQ, Solace Scripting including Python, Unix, java Hands on knowledge of Dev ops processes and tools, including test automation
