Key Responsibilities:


Employee Lifecycle Management:


  • Responsible for employee lifecycle management of Zoho People HRMS and Greyt HR systems.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new employees into the HRMS and ensure timely deactivation of records for employees exiting the organization
  • Manage and update HR documentation and employee records within the HRMS
  • Create and Conduct HRMS Walkthrough sessions for employees


System updates and enhancements:


  • Manage day-to-day system operations, including employee data updates, organizational structure changes
  • Coordinate with HRMS vendors for issue resolution, configuration changes and updates
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR data management and implement best practices and automation 
  • Be a point of contact & respond to queries from employees & other stakeholders related to the HRMS 


Reporting, Analytics & Audit:


  • Prepare reports and build dashboards for data analysis
  • Maintain and streamline data sheets through automation
  • Perform routine audits to validate and maintain the HRMS


Ideal Candidate:


  • 3+ years of experience in HRMS administration or a related role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management with automation
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in maintaining employee records and HR data
  • Experience with HRMS platforms such as Zoho, Greyt HR or similar systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
