About the Role

Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies for both SaaS products and mobile apps.
  • Drive 

    user acquisition

     through 

    ASO, SEO, Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), influencer collaborations, and PR.

  • Create and manage the 

    annual marketing/media calendar

     aligned with business objectives.
  • Test and implement new growth channels, experiments (A/B testing), and onboarding flows.

Demand Generation & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Lead 

    end-to-end demand generation

     via:
  • Paid Ads
  • Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • Webinars, Podcasts, and Thought Leadership Initiatives
  • Run 

    lifecycle marketing

     campaigns: push notifications, referral programs, and email automation.

Analytics & Insights

  • Own 

    growth dashboards

     using tools like 

    Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, or Appsflyer

    .
  • Track key metrics: installs, cohorts, retention curves, ARPU, LTV.
  • Make 

    data-driven decisions

     to optimize ROI across channels.

Marketing Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and lead a 

    high-performing growth team

     (marketing & operations).
  • Collaborate with 

    Product, Sales, and Content

     teams to align growth with business goals.
  • Own 

    smooth app launches, updates, and cross-functional campaigns

    .


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

     7–10 years in 

    B2B SaaS Growth

     and 

    App Marketing

     with a proven track record of scaling products to global audiences.
  • Technical Skills:

     Hands-on expertise in 

    ASO, SEO, Paid Ads, Email Automation, and Social Media Campaigns

    .
  • Analytics:

     Proficiency with 

    Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Mixpanel

     for data-driven optimization.
  • Growth Mindset:

     Experience in 

    freemium / subscription models

     and 

    growth hacking techniques

    .
  • Leadership:

     Ability to 

    hire, mentor, and manage

     a high-performing growth team.
