About the Role

We’re looking for a marketing lead with:

• Exceptional communication skills
• A strong performance mindset
• And the confidence to take full ownership and drive outcomes

This is a high-responsibility role. You’ll work directly with the founders and lead marketing strategy and execution across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own Enlog’s brand and communication
• Plan RoI-driven marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments
• Lead content, digital, and offline campaigns with clear objectives
• Use performance data to make fast, informed decisions
• Align closely with product, sales, and design for business impact

What We’re Looking For

• Have 4–8 years of relevant marketing experience in a category creating brand
• Have led campaigns that delivered exponential results
• Communicate with clarity — in writing, visuals, and decks
• Know how to position a brand, generate demand, and build trust
• Growth mindset, take initiative, manage ambiguity, and stay focused on outcomes
