Key Responsibilities

1. Define and lead overall marketing and brand positioning
2. Plan and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
3. Build and optimize sales funnels, lead generation, and email marketing flows
4. Drive SEO, remarketing, and AI-enabled automation in marketing and support
5. Collaborate on high-converting landing pages and product messaging
6. Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report insights
7. Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to execute plans

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally for eCommerce or D2C brands
2. Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and funnel strategy
3. Experience with tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.
4. Clear communicator with a data-driven and creative approach
5. Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation is a plus
6. Experience with Shopify ecosystem or product marketing in custom apparel is a bonus
