Role Summary

We being an employee driven organization are looking for a Specialist of employees and can keep up relations to join our team and help our employees maintain a productive work environment to ensure our organization reaches our goals. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts across IT, Non-IT, Indian, and international markets. The responsibilities include giving support to employee, organizing engaging and fun activities and full-cycle recruitment. Ultimately, you will work with various senior stakeholders to ensure more engaging and inclusive workplace.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across IT, Non-IT, Indian, and international roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both technical and non-technical roles across different geographies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to continuously optimize the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including participating in job fairs, networking events, and social media campaigns.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Succession Planning: Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure the continuity of leadership and key positions within the organization.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Induction: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company, including organizing orientation programs and initial training sessions.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement activities and direct employee relations programs, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Attendance Management: Oversee attendance management, ensuring accurate records and timely resolution of attendance-related queries.
  • Policy Development: Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies that align with our organizational culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Reporting: Draft daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and analysis.

Skills

  • 2-4 years of working experience as a HR Recruiter/Generalist or in a similar role and with a strong background in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Patient and Good Listener
