Job Summary:
Interactive Brokers is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Associate
to provide comprehensive human resources support across the organization. This role will lead critical HR initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with business leaders to drive people-related strategies. The Senior HR Associate will manage complex HR matters, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and policies, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and impartial manner.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and HR program enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a generalist HR role.
- Demonstrated expertise across core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
