Senior HR Associate

As a Senior HR Associate, you will lead all aspects of HR practices and processes within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition functions, shaping the company's culture, enhancing employee engagement, streamlining performance management, and driving effective talent acquisition strategies. You will be leading the HR team, collaborating with department heads to identify talent needs, and ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in any specialization, while an MBA in HR is preferable. You will develop recruitment strategies, monitor employee satisfaction levels, establish performance management systems, and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws and best practices. Additionally, you will manage employee relations, handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your role will involve identifying training needs, designing learning programs, monitoring training effectiveness, staying updated on employment laws and industry trends, and administering compensation and benefits programs. You will oversee employee engagement initiatives, ensure legal compliance, provide inputs for HR tool development, and utilize HR data and analytics for data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the IT job market, knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, effective communication and negotiation abilities, proactive problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment. Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
