Senior HR Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a repository of approved Job Descriptions. - Develop Job Descriptions for new roles based on briefs from the Reporting Manager. - Attract and screen suitable candidates for roles. - Conduct Psychometric Tests as required. - Prepare interview questionnaires and assignments for roles. - Conduct interviews to select the best candidates. - Ensure a welcoming and structured Onboarding experience. - Manage core HR processes and follow-ups. - Maintain employee lifecycle records accurately. - Administer health, insurance, wellness, leave, and benefit schemes. - Develop and create employee handbook and new HR policies. - Partner with leadership to identify process improvements. - Support the creation and review of HR policies and frameworks. - Drive engagement and retention initiatives. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations, preferably in the education sector. - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and systems. - Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
