Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Culture, Performance Management & Development, HR Operations & Compliance, and Cross-functional Collaboration. - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely closures. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Organize team-building activities, cultural events, and recognition programs. - Act as a bridge between employees and leadership to maintain transparent communication. - Implement and monitor performance management frameworks. - Support learning and development initiatives, training programs, and career progression. - Provide data-driven insights on workforce productivity and talent gaps. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. - Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and contracts. - Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. - Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.,
