Lead the full recruitment cycle for all roles across etec. Including technical positions, in line with energy

Drive the interview process to assess both technical capability and alignment with our values-driven culture with stakeholders Build and manage strong, diverse future pipelines tailored to our long-term needs. Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to coach, develop, and define alignment and suitability for culture fit. Deliver exceptional candi experiences, from first contact through onboarding, ensuring all feel supported and valued, bringing our EVP to life during the full recruitment process.

What you ll bring
5+ years of technical recruiting experience from a similar environment with a focus on recruiting technical roles. Prior experience in sourcing, engaging, and evaluating talent for both fit and capability. Deep understanding of technology roles, ket trends, and the tech hiring landscape. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Experience with any Application Tracking System (Like Greenhouse); HR certifications and MBA-HR are a plus.
Qualifications required:
