Senior HR Associate

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure timely closures.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Organize team-building activities, cultural events, and recognition programs.
• Act as a bridge between employees and leadership for transparent communication.

Performance Management & Development

• Implement and monitor performance management frameworks.
• Support learning and development initiatives, training programs, and career progression.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce productivity and talent gaps.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage HRMS tools (Zoho People, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Reqruitement) for attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and contracts.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with finance on payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4+ years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Zoho Payroll and Zoho Reqruitement).

Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
